new Power V Grip II

First:    Remove the grip your racquet came with.

Second:   Cut the PVG or the n PVG II to where your index finger notches over the beveled tip for your serve using the Continental grip.  You can attach the  new Power V Grip II the full length making it great for two-handed backhands.

Third:   Place the PVG on Bevel 3. The cut end should be about 1/4 inch from the end of the handle.   Wrap in one direction and again in the other direction with our tape.  Pull good and tight.  Would also recommend a couple of extra wraps on the end of the handle.

the PVG is placed on Bevel 3.

Fourth:   For the original Power V Grip (1/4 of an inch high) we recommend that you do not reattach the grip your racquet came with.  It will increase the size of the handle too much.  Just wrap with your favorite overgrip.

Note: The instructions for attaching the Power V Grip and the new Power V Grip II are the same except for step four.

Fourth:   For the new Power V Grip II (1/8 of an inch high) we recommend you reattach the grip your racquet came with.  It will not increase the size of the handle much and because it fits so much better in your hand you may not even notice.
